Both news trading and weekend trading come with significant market risks.
High-impact news can cause sharp volatility and slippage, while weekend holds expose traders to potential gaps and price fluctuations outside normal trading hours.
To ensure fair and consistent trading conditions, Stradger applies different rules depending on your challenge model and stage.
In summary:
Step Challenges (Evaluation): News and weekend trading allowed.
Step Challenges (Master): Allowed, but profits capped at 1% if inside restricted 5 min window.
Instant Challenges: News and weekend trading strictly prohibited.
IMPORTANT:
Purposely trading news is prohibited and will lead to account termination.
