Standard Refunds
Challenge fees are non-refundable once trading credentials have been issued.
This ensures fairness and aligns with industry standards.
However, Stradger may issue a refund in specific cases:
Duplicate or payment error (double charge)
Technical issue during account creation (duplicate or invalid login)
Fraudulent or unauthorized payment (subject to investigation)
Refund processing times:
Fiat payments: 3–10 business days
Crypto payments: 24–72 hours after approval
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not provided for:
Traders who breach challenge rules
Poor performance or dissatisfaction
Purchases older than 14 days
Wrong platform or broker selection
Voluntary inactivity
