Can I pay in another currency?

Yes, we accept payments in multiple currencies and methods!


Can I use someone else’s card or crypto wallet?

No. Payments must always come from a card or wallet under your own name.
Third-party payments may be automatically refunded or blocked under Riseworks AML policies.


How long does it take for my challenge to be activated?

Once your payment is confirmed, your challenge credentials are issued automatically within 2 minutes.
If you paid by bank transfer, activation may take 1–2 business days.


What happens if I pay but don’t receive my credentials?

Check your email inbox and spam folder for your order confirmation.
If no email arrives after 15 minutes, contact us on discord — include your payment ID or transaction hash if available.


Can I cancel or change my challenge after purchase?

No. Once a challenge has been activated or credentials issued, it cannot be modified or exchanged.
You can only request a refund before activation and under valid conditions (see Refund Policy).


How do I know if my payment succeeded?

You’ll automatically receive a confirmation email from Stradger once the payment is validated.


Why was my transaction declined?

Your bank may have blocked international payments or flagged the transaction as unusual.
Call your bank to authorize the payment, then retry.


How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used.
Processing time:

  • 3–10 business days for fiat payments

  • 24–72 hours for crypto refunds


Can I combine promo codes or discounts?

No. Only one discount or offer can be applied per purchase.
If you enter multiple promo codes, the system will automatically apply the highest eligible discount.
